These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lumipeps.com and any purchase of products from SOFTWARE APP DEV X2 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & intended use
All products offered are research chemicals sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are NOT for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostics, or therapeutic purposes. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified professional or institution and will handle the products lawfully.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws.
3. Orders & acceptance
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at checkout via the offered payment methods. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
5. Shipping
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Refunds & returns
Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for any misuse of the products.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
