How and when we ship your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within up to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
EU delivery via DHL typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. International deliveries may take up to 14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping cost
A flat shipping fee of USD 40 applies per order. The fee is shown at checkout.
Packaging
All orders ship in neutral, unbranded, sealed packaging. Peptides are shipped lyophilized for stability, with 2 ml bacteriostatic water included.
Customs & duties
There are generally no customs duties within the EU. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
