We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds and returns are available.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Return conditions
Due to the nature of research chemicals, opened or used vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we confirm a damaged/incorrect delivery.
Non-refundable
Shipping charges and any customs/import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to start a return
Email support@lumipeps.com with your order number and reason. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
