How is my order packaged for shipping?
All orders are carefully shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. We use secure, padded materials so the products arrive in perfect condition. There is no indication of the contents on the outside.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes, all shipments are sent completely discreetly. There are no logos, product names or descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy and confidentiality are our top priority.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within up to 7 business days after payment is received. Delivery within the EU usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch via DHL. International deliveries can take up to 14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. During periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.
What does shipping cost and do you ship internationally?
All orders are shipped via DHL in secure, unbranded packaging. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees in their country.
How are the peptides stored and shipped?
We store all peptides under optimal conditions (2–8 °C) and protect them from light and vibration until dispatch. For maximum stability during transport, all peptides are shipped in lyophilized (dried) form, not dissolved in water.
Are there customs duties within Europe?
No, due to the free movement of goods there are generally no customs duties on shipments within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

Yes, every peptide vial comes with a 2 ml ampoule of bacteriostatic water for injection. This allows sterile preparation for use in research.
What package sizes are available?
We offer various packaging options: as a single vial as well as four-packs and ten-packs.
How can I verify the authenticity of the products?
Our test certificates are available for verification on our lab reports page. In addition, we are working on a QR code verification system to confirm product authenticity.
